LEGAL NOTICE - INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received by the Long County Board of Commissioners, 468 S. McDonald St, Ludowici, GA 31316, until 5:00 p.m. on July 6, 2026, for the purchase of one (1) new Compact Track Loader and associated equipment and attachments.
Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the regular meeting of the Long County Board of Commissioners on July 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
Complete bid documents, specifications, and proposal forms may be obtained from the Long County Board of Commissioners Office located at 468 S. McDonald St, Ludowici, Georgia 31316, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., our website at longcountyga.gov or requested by email bsmiley@longcountyga.gov.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
"BID NO. CTL-2026-001 – CTL"
The Long County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to accept the bid that is deemed to be in the best interest of Long County.
